a well-maintained hotel with qualified employees who gave me a warm smile when i arrived and very professional service. large and brand-new rooms with good views. honestly no complains at all.

The breakfast had a good variety of food that was appetizing for everyone. the room was spacious with accommodation for an extra bed, and included breakfast and safety features like smoke detectors. the hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming.

The rooms were large and included cable channels, coffee/tea making facilities, and a writing table etc. We got a bathtub too. Good location close to underground was a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home in this foreign city. They were patient and went above and beyond to solve any problems I had, even helping me with a tech issue on my phone. The location was great, being close to the metro station and providing easy access to transportation. The breakfast selection was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I stayed at Sheraton for a short business trip and found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and subway station. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the room service was quick. The sauna was a delightful treat and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I especially appreciated the staff's effort in accommodating my request for a smoke-free room away from the nearby nightclub. a great stay.
